The Agnes cushion is a versatile accessory that will transform your metal bed.
Handcrafted by the talented upholstery team at Naturalmat, our sister company, this cushion elegantly clips onto the metal headboard adding a touch of softness and comfort to your sleep space.
The Agnes cushion can be attached to any of our metal beds. The cushion is pictured in "Caramel" Boucle by Bute Fabrics and "Skylight" Linara by the Romo Group.

The Agnes cushion has proved to be the perfect thing to make sitting up in our cast iron bed much more comfortable. My husband and I both spend time working at home and when we need to be in separate rooms I usually use the bedroom; now I can use my laptop/read etc very easily. We do not have a bed made by Cornish Beds, but Julian was really helpful in making sure we had the right measurements to get the right look and placement of the cushion on our bed. The range of colours available is fantastic and the quality of the fabric and how the cushion has been made is excellent. It was more expensive than other options I looked at, but the cushion was custom made and does not slip, looks lovely and I am really happy with it. Thank you so much!

When I said I’d bought an iron bed, my partner said, nice, but how am I supposed to read in bed? The cushion therefore was the perfect answer, so I could have my bed and he could read in it, too.

All our cast beds, daybeds, benches, footstools and headboards are powder coated in the foundry by us, for a long lasting and robust finish in any of our standard range of house colours. We complement our handcrafted metal beds with a collection of natural mattresses that are all made by hand in Devon by our sister company, Naturalmat. The mattresses are a perfect fit for our beds, and cover all budgets.
Our mattresses are made by hand in a solar-powered Devon workshop with natural & organic fibres. Better for you, and the planet.
