All deliveries include assembly and are to the room of your choice with all packaging removed. Prices depend on the area you live but vary from FREE DELIVERY to £95.

In the past year we have exported our handmade beds from Cornwall to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Jersey, Portugal, Russia, Spain and USA.

If there is likely to be any problem with access to your property by a large van or small lorry, please advise us before ordering.

Zones A & B

In most cases we deliver and install your new bed with a one man delivery. With certain larger beds and mattresses he will need assistance. If you are happy to help with unloading, the cost of a second man can be avoided. If you would prefer us to do it all for you then please select the two man delivery option.

Zone C & Outside Mainland UK

For all other destinations including Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & mainland Europe, please contact us to discuss delivery before placing your order.

International Delivery

Due to a number of circumstances we are currently only able to take orders to delivery locations outside of mainland UK (including Northern Ireland) by email (at sales@cornishbeds.co.uk) or by phone (01726 825182) at which point we will supply you with a custom shipping quote.

Please bear in mind that shipping costs are changing daily due to the current worldwide situation and the shipping quote provided will be an estimated cost as increases might occur once the shipment is ready to be booked.

Europe

For the best possible price to ship to any country in the European Union, we would require you to provide your VAT number (your National Insurance Number or the equivalent in your country) and/or an EORI number (Economic Operators Registrations and Identification number).

Please note: EORI numbers are only available for business owners.

By having either your VAT and/or EORI number (or both if you are a business) we would be able to provide the lowest shipping quote possible. All taxes and duties for your order would be payable upon goods arriving at Customs and would be in addition to the shipping quote we provide.

Please note: Cornish Beds will not be responsible for any costs incurred at customs due to delays in communications between yourself, the customer, and the local customs office.

Final tax and duties costs may vary and you may be asked to settle the balance before the goods are released from customs.

Without the VAT and/or EORI number, the shipping quotes we can obtain for you will be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will include an estimate of the taxes and duties paid upon receipt of goods in your country.

Rest of the World (including United States of America)

For the best possible price to ship to the Rest of the World (including United States of America), we would require you to provide details of your customs broker.

If you do not have a customs broker, the shipping quotes we can obtain for you will be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) and will include an estimate of the taxes and duties paid upon receipt of goods in your country.

Final tax and duties costs may vary and you may be asked to settle the balance before the goods are released from customs.

We can deliver to any country in the world by request, and these deliveries will be charged at cost. As each consignment is a different size we will haggle for the best price before contacting you with delivery options.

For all international orders, we offer a kerbside delivery as standard.

Our current delivery times are stated below and are updated weekly. If you have an urgent deadline, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

All Metal Beds, Outdoor Furniture & The Fowey Bench - 4-5 weeks
Mattresses - 4-5 weeks
Mattress Toppers - 4 weeks
Bedding (Pillows, Duvets, Mattress Protectors), Ben Linen & Soft Accessories - 3-5 working days (10-15 working days for MTM*)

*MTM - Made to measure

If you have ordered another product with a longer lead time, the entire order will be delivered when all your products are ready. Once your entire order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for your delivery. Bedding, Bed Linen & Accessories

Should you wish to return, refund or exchange a bedding, bed linen or an accessories item, providing it has not been used, it is in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition, we will be happy to do this for you. Please send returns within 14 days of delivery to:

We also recommend that you get a proof of posting and include a note with your name, contact number, order number and reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or a replacement. If you have opted for a refund, a refund will be issued to the card used for purchase only upon the items arriving back to the address stated above and provided the items are in re-saleable condition.
