Just tell us within 45 days* and we’ll find something that works better for you.
Our experienced sleep consultants will be happy to discuss and advise as to the right choices to help ensure a great night's sleep on a Naturalmat mattress - and that is a promise to you.
To do this we are happy to exchange your mattress for one with a different specification or tension. The only cost to you will be a contribution to cover collection of the old mattress and delivery of your new one, these will typically be between £50-£75 depending on your location.
If you choose a higher priced mattress then you will be expected to pay the balance, and if you choose a less expensive mattress then we will, of course, refund you the difference.
