The Hampshire features simple decorative castings complimented by stunning brass adornments, top mounts, brass rails and solid brass balls.
Offering 2” side posts, and 4” centre spacer, this truly allows the silhouette of this cast bed to effortlessly flow into the surrounding decor.
There are no bolts or welds on a Hampshire bed. The Hampshire bed comes with attention-grabbing brass rail and solid brass caps, which adds oomph and elevates the style of the room. The top rail and caps can also be finished in the colour of your choice if the brass detail is not to your liking.

The Hampshire can be manufactured as a bedstead, bed surround, headboard, four-poster bed or as a bedstead with no foot end. It comes in a variety of sizes from single, double, kingsize four-poster beds. You can order your Hampshire in any of our 13 colour options or in any colour not shown starting from an extra £100. We cast our beds to exacting standards using time-honoured skills and craftsmanship.

I like the substantial four main bed posts, a linear and complimentary structure that makes a statement. Just enough without wanting more or being too complicated. Being able to purchase a bed made in the UK in the old way with knuckle joints was important to me. Great delivery team, on time, in and out, professional.

The bed is truly a work of art. Fabulous and I have no doubt will last a lifetime. It takes pride of place and we could not be happier with it. Customer service when liaising re delivery was what left a blotch on an otherwise great buying experience. The delivery drivers were fabulous and communicated well, unfortunately, it was the telephone / email operative that let the team down in my opinion. Room for improvement there but the product and the company are second to none and I would most certainly recommend them to anyone looking for the highest quality product.

All our cast iron, brass and nickel beds, including our four posters are available in the nine standard UK bed sizes. As we craft our beds to order, just for you, so we can customize the size of your bed as required.

All our cast beds and daybeds are powder coated in the foundry by us, for a long lasting and robust finish in any of our standard range of house colours below. If you do not see a colour that fits, please contact our sales team on 01726 825 182 to discuss our custom colour service.
Natural Mattresses
We complement our handcrafted metal beds with a collection of natural mattresses that are all made by hand in Devon by our sister company, Naturalmat. The mattresses are a perfect fit for our beds, and cover all budgets.
Our mattresses are made by hand in a solar-powered Devon workshop with natural & organic fibres. Better for you, and the planet.
