Customer review: 'I can't remember sleeping as well as I do now'
Here at The Cornish Bed Company, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding, professional customer service - from the initial inquiry through to delivery and aftercare.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, so it’s always such a pleasure to receive feedback from them once their new beds have been delivered.
Rosemary Hetherington, from Middleham in North Yorkshire, slept in the same bed for 51 years before deciding it was time for a change. She travelled to Chiswick in west London to look around the showroom we share with our sister company, Naturalmat, which manufactures a range of handmade natural and organic mattresses, beds and bedding at its base at Topsham, in Devon.
“My son and I were met by Eva. She was charming and had total knowledge of all the products,” said Mrs Hetherington.
“I left the showroom determined to buy a bed; the only difficulty I had was which one to pick!”
A month later, she placed an order for a Clifton double bed and a Naturalmat lambswool mattress.
The Clifton is a truly classic cast iron bed with ornate brass detail, complemented perfectly by a natural fibre mattress, layered with lambswool, organic coir and latex.
Mrs Hetherington takes up the story: “The quality is fantastic and the style and colour - honey matt - go brilliantly in my cottage.
“As well as its beauty, the comfort of the mattress is unbelievable. I can’t remember sleeping as well as I am now.
"I would like to thank you all for making the whole experience as pleasurable one, from Eva in the Chiswick showroom to Cyril in the factory, and the boys who delivered the bed at the time they said they would. They removed my old bed and soon had this one assembled.
“Thank you all! I have already recommended you to my friends.”
