COVID-19 Safe Shopping Guidelines

Updated Opening Times

For the safety and reassurance of both our team and our customers we have put the following in place:

We ask that ideally no more than 2 people from the same household visit at the same time.

We will restrict the number of people in our showrooms to a minimum, and may well need to ask customers to wait outside at certain times.

If we need to operate a ‘one out, one in’ system we may ask customers in the showroom to limit their browsing time, and will give those waiting outside an opportunity to book a time slot on a first come first serve basis.

Customers are also welcome to call ahead and reserve a time slot if they prefer.

Customers will be required to wash/sanitize their hands upon arrival and hand sanitizer/washing facilities will be available in the showrooms.

We have installed clear Perspex screens where we feel appropriate, to protect staff and customers.

Clean pillowcases and flat sheets will be available to each customer to try our mattresses and pillows if requested.

Social distancing will be operating at all times.

All surfaces (including card machines, door handles and regularly touched areas) will be cleaned rigorously throughout the day.

All staff are reminded to constantly observe regular and thorough hand washing throughout the day.
