Maud Daybed
Versatile in use, a wonderful elegant showcase for a conservatory, business, or spare guest bed for that extra special person.
Our Maud daybed is inspired by our master Maud bed and features the same curved silhouette and thin frame.
A choice of 13 colours is available on all our antique reproduction daybeds.
Each day bed is hand cast to the customer's order. Choose from two standard lengths (6'3 or 6'6") and two widths (2'6" or 3') or we can make your daybed in any size you require.
Our daybeds, like all our cast iron, brass, and nickel beds, use gravity cast traditional knuckle fixings to connect the head end of the daybed with the side rails. The daybeds come with a set of handmade cushions, made by the Naturalmat team in Devon. The seat cushion on the daybed can either be entirely made from natural fibres for a denser, firmer feel, or with a core of individually pocketed springs for a more bouncy feel.
Each cushion set includes: 1 seat cushion; 2 back cushions; 2 bolster cushions and 2 scatter cushions.

Daybed Sizes
All our daybeds are made to order and can be made in any size. As standard, we offer daybeds in four sizes.

The actual footprint of the daybeds varies by design and is slightly larger as normal. Please do measure your room to ensure enough clearance is available and refer to the table below for overall width and length of your chosen design.

Daybed Frame Colours
All our cast beds, daybeds, benches, footstools and headboards are powder coated in the foundry by us, for a long lasting and robust finish in any of our standard range of 13 house colours. If you do not see a colour that fits, please contact our sales team on 01726 825 182 to discuss our custom colour service.
